Vintage 1987 Disney Minnie Mouse plush toy the "Little Boppers" Worlds Of Wonder

The plush part of Minnie is on great condition. I cleaned up the battery compartment and the switch, but no movement.

I can hear her gears move for a second and then nothing.

It does recognize a clap as well. Sounds like a gear is broken or misaligned
