Comes with all pieces (besides batteries). Tested and everything receives electricity. Music works, bell dings and gears turn both forward and in reverse. The train wheels just don’t move. Not sure if it’s a build up that needs to happen or what, but I did not see it move.
Train itself is in good condition, especially for its age. Track is perfect.
If you know how to tinker with gears, could be a great flip as fully working units are listed for over $200 on eBay.
If not, but you collect Precious Moments, this is a great one to add to your collection as it is in good physical condition, includes the box and instructions.

The set requires six "C" alkaline batteries, which are not included.
